not really into it

I don't really like the taste of this and it doesn't do much for me after i work out. I think it's ok if you're starving after working out but i rather eat / drink something that tastes better.

Great taste - poor nutrition

I loved the taste of this bar!! Just the right amount of sweet. So based on taste alone, I highly recommend!!

But I wasn't as excited about the nutritional value. I don't like to have oil and there is sunflower oil in the ingredient listing. With that said, still much better than other snack bars on the market! I probably would purchase this one again.

Good if you like Power Bars with Caramel

The taste, to me personally wasn't the best, maybe because I'm not so much into the caramel consumables. The rest of the ingredients tasted good.

After eating it I felt my energy level increased a bit; made me filled-up few minutes after eating it.

Comparing to other brands, this is better than some others I have tried, way much better to eat comparing to the protein bars that are chewable, as I prefer this Plant Protein Power Bar (caramel) consistency and it is a bit crunchy.

Delicious, good value, decent nutritional value

This bar is delicious! It is sweet--but not too sweet--and satiating. The texture has just the right amount of crunchiness.
It can be difficult to find vegan protein bars at a reasonable price. After comparing prices online, I would rate the value of this one as 4 stars.
As for nutritional value, I only rated it 3.5 stars. Although it does contain a decent amount of protein, more than twice as many calories in this bar are derived from fat than protein. The fibre content is lower than the sugar content, and sugar constitutes the third ingredient by weight. The saturated fat content is also significant. However, 3.5 stars is higher than I would rate many other protein bars, which are often even higher in sugar than this one.

Loved this flavor!

This one really surprised me. I loved it. I would definitely buy this one regularly as long as it was a good enough deal. Just like the almond one, it gave me lasting energy for 3 or so hours. As long as this can be purchased for a decent price, I think this would be a good purchase. Cashew Love

Real whole cashews, not pieces, whole pieces, and there are many, not just broken. This is what you would make at home for your family, it is amazing. I am elated to find a healthy, tasty and convenient on the go food

I liked this bar the most. Amazing combo with the cashews, sweetness of the carmel and bitterness of the dark chocolate. Then the sea salt was definitely completely to these flavours.

Yummy plant protein bar!

Really enjoyed the opportunity to sample this bar! It was crunchy and chewy and had great flavor! Not too sweet, and perfect snack to sustain you between meals. I liked the whole nuts and little chocolate coating on it too. Great source of fibre and protein, will definitely buy these!

Pretty tasty

Usually I am not a fan of caramel, especially salted caramel. that kind of held true for this power bar but i still enjoyed it thanks to the yummy cashews and dark chocolate. There are alot of awesome healthy ingredients in this bar that I'm a big fan of. I found I was satisfied after eating this bar instead of breakfast. I would recommend people try this but I wouldn't purchase it myself only because of the caramel.
