Winner amongst Peanut Butter Protein Bars

I have tried lots of Peanut Butter & Dark Chocolate protein bars, this tends to be my go-to flavor, so I was excited to give this brand a try for free in exchange for my review.
I like that the protein is from peas, they pack such a nutritional punch I expect to see them being hailed as the next superfood in the near future. But don't worry, this does not taste like green peas! Instead, its more of a savory peanut butter-y flavor with a drizzle of dark chocolate. This flavor has the highest protein 11 g of the 3 bars I tried and has a good texture and consistency so it feels like you had an actual snack that will hold you over. The sugar content is on the high side so something to keep in mind, however I didn't find it to be overly sweet. Loved this and will definitely buy again.

Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter is Tasty but too sweet

I tried the dark chocolate peanut butter PowerBars and they were delicious! However, they were WAY too sweet. I appreciate that they used real sugar in the bars, as I avoid all alternative processed sweeteners. However, they should really cut down on the amount of sugar they use. The label says there are 10 grams of sugar, but they don't specify how much of that is naturally occurring in the other ingredients and how much is added sugar. It tastes as sweet as a candy bar, maybe more so.
On the bright side, this bar digested well and I felt full after eating it. However, this is not a product I would buy in the future.

Tasty bar but other flavors are better

I received a sample of this powerbar as part of a ChickAdvisor panel. The bars themselves are packaged with a partial clear cover so you can see the texture of the bars. The bars pack in quite a bit of flavor and they are quite tasty! I was able to sample three flavors and the peanut butter one, although good, not as tasty as the cashew or almond one.

Filling Snack

This bar is tasty and has a hard, crunchy texture. A little too much for me. The peanut taste was good, but not the best. I prefer the other 2 flavors over this one. The nutritional value is good, though. Just not my favorite flavor. Thanks to XYStuff for giving me this product free of charge to test and review. #gotitfree

the texture of the protein bar was amazing- crunchy and soft, huge fan of peanut butter but i will say it was a little too sweet for my liking- i would buy it only if it is on sale :)

Best tasting one

I'm a fan of a company making a protein bar that is fully vegan. It opens up opportunities to many more athletes.
The combination of chocolate and peanut butter gave this flavour the title of best taste, but it still isn't something I'd call yummy.

Good and Crispy

Loved the crispiness of this bar, very tasty and yummy, and like the other ones it was very filing. Not the softest bar but that's what I liked about it. Keep me feeling full for a while, really enjoyed it, and would definitely buy it again.

Feels like dessert!

This bar feels like a treat that you could have for dessert but in reality it’s an amazing on the go snack. I love the ingredients in this bar and the fact that it has a strong punch of peanut butter to balance the richness. I got this free from CA!

Tasty snack

Peanut butter and dark chocolate taste great together. I was glad that this is one of the flavours of the protein bars. It is tasty without being overly sweet. It fills me up in between meals. I walk home after workouts. This is a great snack to tie me over until the next meal
