Great tasting snack!

PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter was a great afternoon snack to keep me awake and focused at work! I received this for free as part of ChickAdvisor's Product Review Club.

The bar was really moist and easy to chew, unlike other energy bars. It had a nice Peanut Butter taste and there was even a little crunch inside. Now I don't need to worry about falling asleep at work in the afternoons, as this energy bar gives me a boost and keeps me full until dinner time.

I would definitely repurchase these bars if I can find them in stores at a reasonable price, and recommend it to family and friends!

I got this product from Chickadvisor Product Review for free. It has a soft like bread inside then coated with chocolate. Not a fan of peanut butter, but this one taste good.

Not a fan

I tried the Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter, and while I enjoyed the bite at first, I found it left a powdery aftertaste in my mouth. I liked the nutritional value of it but given the powder taste I woukdnt get through a whole bar. While it offers good value in terms of pricing, the aftertaste does not make me a fan of it.

Kept me going

I received this product from the Chickadvisor product review club for free for my honest option.

I keep protein bars in my bedside table for those weekday mornings I don’t have time to make breakfast before leaving for work and those weekend mornings I wake up hungry but don’t want to get out of bed yet.

I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this bar. It was much lighter and softer than I was expecting; kind of like a Three Musketeers Bar. I love chocolate and peanut butter and the flavour of this bar was perfect. The bar was nice and creamy and not too sweet. It kept me going for the morning until lunch time.

This is definitely a product I will keep on hand for when you need a little something to keep you going.

This bar is Very tasty and is a good texture for a protein bar. Also very low in sugar which is excellent for people trying to reduce they're sugar intake.

The one point to be cautious with is, each 60 gram bar has 200 calories which could add up to a lot if you decided to have several over a day. I would purchase this item and recommend it to friends. Very filling

I loved the peanut butter flavor. It actually filled me up when I was on the go until I was home for dinner. It was like a yummy chocolate bar but without all the sugar!

Healthier Option for Protein Bar

I'm always looking for new options for protein bars and was excited to try out the PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar ones. I enjoyed the texture and mouthfeel of the bar as it wasn't too chewy or dense. I found the peanut butter flavour to be lackluster but liked the crunch of the peanut bits. The only downside to the bars is that they have lactose in them. I do have an intolerance and discovered that I had to take a dairy supplement or the bars would give me an upset stomach. No big deal but lactose free bars would be nice since a lot of people are lactose intolerant.

Nutritious and delicious

I really enjoyed this as a power bar, chocolate treat, and filling snack. The flavours were really nice for a bar of this kind, and it kept me full and energetic until lunch time. The texture was interesting, but not unpleasant.
