I thought I was going to love this protein bar as I love chocolate and peanut butter!!. Boy was I wrong! The taste was ok, but very artificial, and the texture was horrible! It is hard to explain, but almost like a dry creamy texture that felt bad in your mouth. #igotitfree, but wouldn't buy again

Quick energizer powerbar

The PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter gave me the pick-me-up I needed to feel energized at work and at the gym. I love how this is not too sweet compared to other power or protein bars. I love the Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter taste.

Not too creamy.

The taste was not completely horrible. It was the texture. It was creamy but grainy. Not smooth and velvety it was thick and heaven feeling in my mouth kind of sticks to the roof of your mouth. I really could not get past the texture.

Disappointed with the taste on this one

I was hoping this would be like a reese chocolate bar but no, it wasn't anything like it. Tasted to me like any of those diet protein bars on the market, not a fan. Had my boyfriend try it and he didn't like the taste either.

I didn't really fancy this

Maybe it's the protein taste but I just found this to taste funny. I couldn't even finish it. It has this strange texture and taste that I can't pin point - maybe it's the protein? Just not to my liking.

I would not buy this product

I wasn't sold on this bar, the price and nutritional value is great however, I can't get past the chalky taste. This bar I did find better than the lemon poppy seed in comprision however I didn't like it enough to purchase in the future. #gotitfree

Decent low carb option

These are a pretty good low carb option. Would only use when really stuck for food since they ingredient list (as with other protein bars) is a little crazy. Not bad though #gotitfree

Great for a pick me up

I received this bar free to review from Chick Advisor. The bar was great as a pick me up between meals, or when I wasn't able to eat a proper meal. I'm a bit of a chocolate snob, so the chocolate peanut butter wasn't my favourite flavour, but it was a lot better than some of the other powdery textured protein bars.

I would not buy this product it tasted like Cardboard.

At first bite it didnt taste too bad. But then it started to taste like cardboard. The after taste was very kind to the pallete either. One good thing was that it was very filling.
