Great light taste

I got this product free from Chick Advisor review program. I really enjoyed this protein bar and was happy to see it was really low in sugar and high in protein. The taste was a light taste of peanut butter, not over powering. Loved having this at work to get me through the day. Would buy this product again and recommend it.

Redemption!

I received PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter to try for free in exchange for my honest opinion from ChickAdvisor and after having tried the Lemon Poppyseed flavour first, I did not have high hopes. PowerBar is a brand that I know, trust and love and THIS is exactly why! The reduced sugar was still a nice hint of sweet and did not sacrifice a lick of flavour. The bar was still jam packed with protein and made me feel good about eating it after my workout. Most protein bars are a little dry and chalky and this one of course was no exception but that's the sacrifice that comes with protein bars and great flavour. At $3 a bar this is a great price for lots of protein, fewer calories and less sugar. I would purchase this over a regular PowerBar for sure. Great job!

PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar in Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter gave me the pick-me-up I needed to feel energized for my workout! The peanut butter taste is not overwhelming like other energy/protein bars I have tried in the past. The texture of the bar is moist and not dry and is easy to swallow unlike other brands. I like that it contains only two grams of sugar and I am a fan of the high protein and fiber content in the bars as I do not get enough of these important nutrients in my diet daily because of my busy active lifestyle. I would recommend the PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar in Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter to anyone who enjoys energy/protein bars or would like a nutrient energy boost! #gotitfree #PowerBarReducedSugar

Definitely prefer this flavour over the lemon one!

So excited to have #gotitfree from chickadvisor! To be honest I probably would have never grabbed this off the shelf but after trying this product, Im more likely to. The thought of protein bars never appealed to me because I don't feel like I need ample amounts of it since Im not a vegan nor do I pump iron on the daily (just sometimes). I can't say it gave me more energy -I didn't feel much of a difference but flavourwise it was tasty, had a crumbly soft texture in the middle (didn't break apart as you bite though) and was enjoyable. Great snack to take on a hike!

10/10 best snack bar I've ever had

I love the flavour, amount of sweetness and texture of this particular bar. It tastes like a candy bar but fills me up and gives me energy to power through the rest of my day. The chocolate peanut butter flavour is so delicious, it will replace any other snack bar in my life. I would have never picked it out on my own so grand merci to ChickAdvisor

Very tasty!

I received this product as part of the Product Review club. I eat protein bars frequently, so I am familiar with the taste and textures available. The high protein and low sugar content were appreciated. The overall carbs are not as great as some other bars, as they have greater fibre. I really liked the taste, and would definitely purchase again.

Smooth and chewy!

It tasted great and usually protein bars have an odd taste to them.. not this one! The inside was smooth and the chocolate around it makes it taste almost like a chocolate Reese buttercup. The bar was filling and I didn't have the need to eat a meal after it. Great for after work out. I always crave chocolate!

This protein bar is delicious for a reduced sugar bar which are usually pretty bland tasting. The texture is great, not really dense like other protein bars I've tried and the chocolate gives it a nice sweet touch to satisfy any sugar cravings but with only 2g of sugar in the whole bar.

Gave me plenty of energy to get through my day to the next meal without crashing after a sugar high which was awesome. Lots of protein and fibre too which is a bonus.

I will definitely be stocking up on these to have on hand for busy, on -the - go days when you just don't have time to eat a meal.

a yummy protein bar with less sugar and it still tastes good. chocolate flavour is my favourite. the flavour of chocolate is not overpowering. i will buy it for sure

Awesome tasting PowerBar that gets you through the day!

This Powerbar ProteinPlus reduced sugar chocolate peanut butter is my new favorite! I have had other power bars and they were not so great tasting and not satisfying. I really enjoyed the taste and it satisfied my hunger. I was very impressed that it only had 2 grams of sugar. This is a great alternative that I was looking for when making better choices when picking out healthy snacks. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
