I think this is what soap must taste like.
Isn't it -- oh lord! Pass it up!

This bar was not very tasty for me. The lemon flavour was too strong and the texture of the bar was like drywall compound. I would definitely never purchase this bar again.

Great Lemon Protein Bar

Thank you ChickAdvisor for giving me the chance #gotitfree to try those protein bars! Both flavors are awesome but I would go more with the chocolate peanut butter. There both flavors satisfied.

Perfect for energy

I love the taste of these bars. The lemon poppy seed is perfect for energy . The reduced sugar is just right . The bars filled me during break . It held me till lunch or on the ride home for dinner

I would definitely purchase this product again!

This was so delicious and I will definitely be recommending these to my friends and family. I stayed full for a longer period of time which is fantastic for me as I work longer hours and don't always have time to eat proper meals.

You will instantly feel the good energy and flavour is spot on! This will be a smart wise buy and something you will use daily like I do landscaping/working hard! It is a great fuel source when you do not have time for a full meal!

I was a little skeptical after trying the peanut butter one and in was right to be. This was far worse.. mostly though like the peanut butter one it was the texture of the bar that I didn't enjoy!

Great new flavour, great new bar!

I was thrilled to be selected to receive PowerBar's ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar Lemon Poppy Seed bar as part of ChickAdvisor's Product Review Club.

I'm a busy, cross-fitting mom of two who is also very concerned about protein intake. It's awesome to try a new product, and especially one that is so nutritionally dense for the right amount of calories.

I really enjoyed this particular bar. Sure - it's sweet, but most of these products are exactly that! I found that half a bar was the perfect amount to quell after-gym hunger, and my kids loved sharing the second half to boot! The texture is great, and the flavour is on point. It's so lovely to have a new bar with a new flavour - I really loved this one! It reminded me exactly of a lemon-poppyseed muffin and I haven't had a bar of this flavour before! I also found the white coating particularly lovely. It's great to see a new and on-point product from PowerBar. I found the price point to be way more doable than other bars on the market.

I would buy this product again

I was send this protein bar to try. I liked it better than the chocolate/peanut butter bar. I love lemon but found this exceedingly sweet. I don't know why everything has to be so sweet? That being said I would buy it if I was looking for a protein bar.

Very good product.

I've tasted quite a few protein bars in my in my life, and while I don't particularly love the taste of any, this one I would say is quite good. Very low on sugar is a huge plus. Makes a very healthy on the go snack in my opinion.
