Tasty, but $$ and take note of the nutritional label!

I've tried several Prana products and they are touted for their commitment to quality and health benefits. This is a 'unique' trailmix in the combination of flavours, including dark chocolate, nuts and dried sweet fruits. The downsides come down to the cost of these products which is quite steep, not to mention the nutritional label. Yes, dark chocolate, nuts and fruits can be 'healthy;' however, when put together, it's quite a hefty amount of calories, fat, and sugar. Enjoy the products, but beware the portion sizes!
