We bought our daughter a similar item to this when she was expecting her 1st son. She was so huge and getting comfortable at night was so hard for her. She is very slender and she was all belly. The wedge we got was a little longer and had a cover to wash. She loved it and used it for her 2nd pregnancy too.

totally needed something like this during my preganacy.. works great and cant live without it
