Perfect for on the go protein

The texture is really thick, which was something I didn’t really enjoy, but the taste is good! I like that it is easy when you’re in a hurry. The size is also perfect, not too small and not too big so you can easily drink it.

The perfect breakfast

I have Premier Protein Caramel with my iced coffee every morning. It keeps me full for hours. This protein shake is low in calories and low in carbs. It’s the perfect breakfast.

Sweet but great

The product is a little sweet for my taste but I love how portable and easy it is to get a little extra protein into my diet. Definitely at the top of my list for easy pre made protein drinks.

Good snack

I got to try both the caramel and chocolate flavors and I think I preferred the chocolate flavor to the caramel. I found the caramel left a lingering taste in my mouth. I needed a glass of water after drinking it to clean my mouth out.

I did like the packaging and how easy it was to travel with. I had this as a snack between jobs and I found it gave me just as much energy as a cup of coffee would. I did enjoy the taste while drinking it.

With two young kids and a job that has me traveling I found these protein drinks were perfect for putting in my bag and drinking when I needed a quick boost.

One thing about the caramel flavor - I couldn’t find it in stores! I only found chocolate and vanilla so I’m not sure where I would re-purchase this flavor

Tastes like a rich dessert, packs a protein punch.

I drink a lot of different protein shakes, they’re a great way to get your nutrition while on the go. There are a few things I look for specifically when choosing my shakes, the most important being high protein and low sugar. Premier Protein shakes pack a whole 30g of protein (not to mention 24 vitamins and minerals) and only 1g of sugar, without compromising taste. The caramel is so sweet and creamy, akin to dulce de leche but much more travel friendly. Very budget friendly as well, which is much appreciated. New favorite protein shake.

I received the Carmel Premier Protein from ChickAdvisor for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.  it is the perfect for on the go during busy weekday mornings. I do add this shake to my morning coffee and its tastes so delicious. I love that it contains 30 g of protein and only one gram of sugar. it's very creamy and nice flavor of caramel not too sweet. I’d buy it again! Great taste!

I don’t usually like protein unless it’s chocolate or strawberry flavoured but this one was pretty good! Nice caramel flavour, not too sweet and smooth which is a must with any protein. It definitely kept me satisfied as an afternoon snack until dinner. I would try it again!

The best I've tried

This caramel shake is a welcome flavour, since most protein drinks on the market are chocolate, vanilla or strawberry flavoured. It has a hint of a caramel taste (I expected a bit more). The best of all - this drink has whopping 30 g of protein with ONLY 1 g of sugar. Since I find most protein drinks too sweet, I am so happy I got to try this one, as they are my new favourite meal replacement drink now. If you need something on the go like me, try these shakes!
