Will drink everyday

I was very excited to receive Premier protein drinks for free to review. And the excitement didn’t fail me! The first one I’ve tried was the Caramel flavoured drink and my oh my! The first sip was heaven! The taste is like real caramel but without so much sugar because it only contains 1 gram of it. The texture is to die for too! It’s not watery, it’s actually thick and icy when I got it from the fridge. I love it! Definitely would switch protein shake brands now!

I expected to hate it. I'm not really a fan of caramel. It tasted very similar to caramel pudding which I do like. Was also thicker than I expected, comparable to milk. Normally with protein drinks you can tell it is a protein drink because of the taste, but if I was given this in a glass, I would not know it was a protein product.

While it doesn't fall into the category of strict keto, I think this could possibly be used while on a keto or low carb diet if you are someone who does dirty keto and only tracks net carbs. This one has 3 net carbs. It has a nice amount of potassium and sodium in it also which is great for keto since electrolyte balance can be difficult to maintain.

I felt satisfied after drinking it. I didn't feel the need to add more volume from food. I think it would be a perfect snack or pre or post workout drink since it is nutritious and loaded with protein.

The only downside I see is that it uses artificial sweeteners. If it had stevia or erythritol in its place, I'd love it.

I've since purchased two more packs of the shakes (unfortunately not this flavour because it wasn't available, but I would definitely buy this one in the future.

This shake is perfect for the specific diet I am trying to maintain. Low sugar makes it keto friendly and as a bonus it’s filling and tastes good! Great as a meal replacement or to boost protein!

Sweet Caramel

I love that Premier Protein has developed the Caramel Protein Shake. It is such a nice change from the standard flavours that are typically offered. This shake boasts a 30g protein pack fo one shake, that is conveniently packaged to go. As a mom, I found this easy to grab and go when I was busy in the morning with babies. The flavour was not too overpowering, and it was great knowing that I would have the energy to start my day.

J'ai vraiment adoré ce shake de premium protein! Je ne suis pas fan de caramel normalement, mais dans ce cas-ci c'est ma saveur préférée.

J'aime ses infos nutritionnelles: peu de sucre, beaucoup de proteines, c'est parfait quand on fait attention à ce qu'on mange. Quand j'ai un creux entre les repas, je bois ce shake et il m'aide a tenir jusqu'au prochain repas. L'emballage est très pratique, je peux en boire seulement la moitié et le refermer pour le remettre dans le frigo.

I got this from chickadvisor for my honest review, along with the chocolate one. I like this one more and I'm surprised because it is sweeter, and I didn't think I'd like that. It's good with iced coffee mixed in it. Overall good product and I would buy this for sure.

It was alright

I personally was not crazy with the caramel flavour. I preferred the chocolate. If you like caramel you might enjoy it. It does work in keeping you full and satisfied. It’s low in calories and high in protein so great for workout energy. Super convenient!

I used it in my morning coffee and I loved it! Kept me full till lunch!!
I feel I can use this on a daily basis to help with my vitamin and protein intake

Actually loved it

I received this item from Chick Advisor for free ! I usually have chocolate or vanilla shakes and this was the first time I’ve seen the caramel one. It was sooo nice! Very sweet and not at all chalky- it reminded me of a milkshake or ice cream.

My friend has hers on ice with a shot of espresso and it was such a game changer. Especially helped give me a boost before my workout. It’s easily portable and perfect size to throw in my gym bag.

Drinking this felt like I was getting a treat!

Smooth taste

Great taste. It wasn't overly sweet. Very smooth drink. Bottle was the good size for traveling or taking it to the gym.
