Tasted like they all do, sadly.

I enjoyed the chocolate shake but it did not stand out as different because it tasted identical to any other chocolate protein shake that I have tried in the past. They are a bit more expensive than some brands, but they claim to be more beneficial than most, and I am still unsure to whether or not that claim is true or false. I #gotitfree so I am happy that I did not have to pay for this one. Although, my husband seemed to love the chocolate shake, so I don't know.

Can't get past the taste

I took one sip and I can't even continue. The shakes I drink alone are delicious but this one however I cannot handle the taste and cannot complete my review. I do not like to leave bad reviews but I have to be honest that it's taste like chalk and medicine combined, both vanilla and chocolate. I'm sure for someone who the taste doesn't bother it would be excellent for as it is great packaging and has excellent protein and vitamin contents.

Premier Protein Chocolate Shake Tastes amazing!

One of the best parts of the Premier Protein chocolate shake is that it doesn't have the gross aftertaste like other protein drinks. It's also really low in sugar which is nice when I'm trying to cut down. I like the taste a lot and it's a good bang for your buck. The only thing I've noticed about the shakes is that sometimes there is SO much protein in the shake, it can be a little clumpy so shake it really well. I have to be careful as well because I find it can break me out but I experience that with a lot of milk products.

Yummy chocolate shake

The chocolate protein shake was very tasty it wasn't too thick which I like I recommend this drink to anybody that needs protein in their diet and The Taste is great I have had an upset stomachs which is good so it's good for people who have sensitive stomachs because it sure didn't upset mine

Poor Chocolate Flavour

This is the first protein shake I have ever tried and it did not impress me. Firstly, it does not have a thick texture of a milkshake. The chocolate flavour has a strange metallic after taste and I could not drink more than half the bottle. I did feel full for a few hours so that aspect does work. I was expecting something completely different. Maybe this works for people that like skim milk. I'm glad I tried it, but I cannot see myself purchasing this in the future. @ChickAdvisor, #tryPremierProtein, and #gotitfree

Great product but....

This is a really great product but I really can’t stand the taste. I can definitely tolerate it for protein but, I wouldn’t go out of my way for this. It’s a no for me, needs improvements.

Saveur chocolat

Boisson Premier Protein.Pas mauvais mais comme plusieurs autre marque je trouve que le goût de chocolat est légèrement artificiel. Excellent comme collation du matin qui donne l'énergie nécessaire pour se rendre au dîner.

Not enough to Switch me

The flavour and consistency of this was just ok. I'm still a Muscle Milk fan. It was great to have after a workout and definitely tasted better than most other protein shakes, but not enough to make me buy this brand regularly.

i would use again...i wasn't big fan of the after taste...but it was rich in quality..i think overall good product. i have to check price and available on sale would certainly impact how often i purchase it.

Not a Fan

As someone who drinks protein drinks almost daily to help get a quick protein fix in between meals, I was looking so forward to trying out a new line of protein drinks. I received the PREMIER PROTEIN CHOCOLATE SHAKE from ChickAdvisor to try for free in exchange for my honest review and I was sadly left disappointed. This flavour WAS better then the vanilla... but I still was not impressed.

I chilled the shakes in my fridge and grabbed one to take to work with me after my lunch break as I am underweight and was recommended my doctors to add protein to my diet wherever possible! I was anticipating this brand of shakes and especially this flavour to be fantastic as I had read some promising reviews prior to trying but I was left disappointed. The taglines for the beverage are "rich, creamy, chocolaty goodness" .. It was far from creamy and I did not find the flavour to be rich. The consistency was almost like water which disappointed me. I prefer my protein drinks to be thicker almost like a milk. This was so watery and thin. It also tasted incredibly artificial which is one of my biggest complaints in regards to protein drinks; chocolate usually makes everything taste better and chocolate protein drinks are some of the easiest flavours to satisfy. Very seldom will I not enjoy an artificial chocolate beverage because even if it is artificial, it is still hard to mess up. This was not terrible and it was far better then the vanilla but It still was hard to stomach. Flavor and consistency wise I was extremely let down and I could not finish the entire bottle.

In regards to protein content and all that jazz - it is actually a very good protein drink if you can get past the flavour. With 30 grams of protein and 24 vitamins and minerals, this brand is hard to beat. 160 calories and ONLY 1 gram of sugar also gives it bonus points. Unfortunately for me, this was a miss but I am sure there are people who will enjoy it.

We received two shakes and for the second one I went online and made their 'High Protein Peppermint Mocha' which helped substantially with the taste. It tasted okay and I am glad to see that they provide recipes to help with the taste of their products.
