Bon shake pour débutant / substitut de repas

Je connaissais déjà ce produit. Je l'avais déjà achete au Costco il y a 2-3 Ans. C'était mes premiers shakes de protéines ! Je les utilisais comme substitut de repas.
Si mes souvenirs sont bons, ils contenaient à moins de protéines par bouteille. Ce qui est une très belle modification du produit !!

Je m'entraîne bcp, mon copain aussi.
Ce type de produit ne convient plus à nos besoin. Nous sommes à prendre des poudres protéinées. (Avec des fruits congelés miam!)

Mais je recommanderais d'acheter ce produit à n'importe quelle débutant dans la matière qui est perdu dans les milliers de produits protéinées...

J'ajouterais quand tant que professionnelle de la santé il est équivalent à Ensure ou Boost comme substitut de repas. Donc peut être intéressant comme substitut de repas, surtout si on peut le retrouver sur les grande surface !

Great taste

I love the Premier Protein chocolate shake. Tastes great. Super satisfied. Keeps me full until lunch. I enjoy tgem for breakfast. Quick and convenient for on the go.

Bonne boisson

Cette boisson protéiné au chocolat n'est pas mauvaise mais je trouve que le gout s'apparente beaucoup aux autres boissons de ce genre. Je n'ai pas vraiment aimé le fait qu'on voit de la colle sortir d'ou est collé le bouchon mais le produit en soit est efficace et est une bonne alternative.

Yummy Post-workout Shake

The Premier Protein Chocolate Shake was the perfect post-workout shake after my morning workout! The fact that it is portable and does not need to be refrigerated is great! I do think this drink tastes better cold personally. It reminds me of chocolate milk and is a treat after my workout! Not chalky at all which is a huge bonus. I got this product free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest review. I would definitely recommend these for anyone on the go who wants a protein shake after the gym or a quick meal replacement!

Don't smell it first

I tried the vanilla first as I received both flavours for free in exchange for a review. When I opened the chocolate, I smelled it and I wish I hadn't. It really does not smell good!! I think that ruined it for me. Because I like the taste of the chocolate moreso than the vanilla, it is a little less artificial tasting, but like the vanilla, it is sooo super sweet tasting and high in artificial sweeteners which I don't love. If you plug your nose while you drink it and imagine you're drinking chocolate milk, you might be fooled? It has a very high amount of protein in it which is great for keeping up your energy levels and a great size bottle for on the go. Overall the drink is not for me but it is worth a try for those who are considering it.

Satisfying Protein Shake

I received this product free as part of the product review club in exchange for a fair review.

There's quite a lot of protein in this little box, and I did find it kept me satisfied for at least 2.5 hours (which for me is a lot). Chocolate flavour was good, if the littlest bit chalky.

New way to start my day!

I loved everything about the Premier Protein Chocolate shake. Perfect portion, great taste, nice way to start my busy mornings. I will absolutely be adding this to my weekly grocery list!! A+++

GREAT SHAKE, SUPER TASTY

When i first smelled the shake, it smelled horrible so i was kind of scared to taste it. But then i tasted it and it litterally tastes exactly like chocolate milk. this drink kept me feeling full and was very tasty! i would highly recommend this product!

Pleasantly surprised

I was pleasantly surprised by this shake. Not overly sweet like I've noticed other shakes can be. The chocolate is definitely going to be a staple in my shake routine. I only gave a 2.5 rating for effectiveness at this moment because I haven't been using it long enough, yet, to give a complete review in that department but at this point I would absolutely recommend this protein shake

Gave me the morning Boost I needed

I tried both the chocolate and vanilla Premier Protein shakes and I absolutely loved the chocolate flavor. It was thick, creamy and so delicious . Almost like heavy chocolate milk. Great as a go to drink for my busy mornings while giving me all the nutrients and (30g) protein I need to get me through the day. Loaded with vitamins and with only 160 calories and 1g of sugar this protein shake is a great alternative in helping me eat healthy . I normally have a shake or smoothie in the mornings , sometimes also for lunch and I found this was a nice change to drink, Also a great product to add to my smoothies , my favourite was with bananas .
