I good try, but improvment can be made.

I had the opportunity to try Premier Protein Vanilla Shake for trial purposes from ChickAdvisor. This shake has a lot of really great things going for it. I really liked that it only has 1g of sugar and 160 calories, and has 30g of protein. I unfortunately did not enjoy the taste. I found it to be overly sweet even after shaking it up a lot. I probably won't purchase this in the future, but I could see this being great for others

Goûte le carton

Ça goûte le carton. Celui à la vanille est pire que celui au chocolat. En plus, il y a un arrière goût artificiel. C'est un flop, je ne l'achèterai pas. Je préfère les shakes de protéine iso de bonne qualité.

Filling and satisfying but way too sweet

I tried the Vanilla flavoured protein shake sent to me by Chickadvisor. I wanted to see if it would curb my hunger after my morning walk to get me through until lunch.

It has a smooth, milk-like texture. The vanilla flavour is far too sweet and artificial tasting. It does satisfy hunger and makes a reasonable snack to tide me.over until my next meal. I liked the single serving size that is perfectly portable and the fact that the lid fits tightly and doesn't leak. It's nice that the container is recyclable also.

I definitely would not purchase this flavour again. If there were other flavours available, I would happily try them.

Can't get past the taste

I took one sip and I can not even continue. The shakes I drink alone are delicious but this one however can not handle the taste and can not complete my review. I do not like to leave bad reviews. I'm sure you will not be disappointed with the quality of the product

I really wanted to like this flavour, but it had such a weird after taste that truly assaulted my taste buds. It’s a great product but the flavour definitely needs improvement.

Not for me

I got this for free from chickadvisor for my honest review. I usually like some kind of protein drink after my workout or first thing in the morning if I don't feel like eating cereal. I found this to be very blah in taste. I got a second one in my fridge, don't think I'll bother drinking it, not for me. I was looking forward to enjoying this very much. So very disappointed.

I could barely drink it

I received four samples of this product in two different flavours: chocolate and vanilla. I have been drinking them:
- day 1: on an empty stomach before and during workout,
- day 2: after workout with a protein bar,
- day 3 and 4: as a snack between meals
Unfortunately, it's totally not my taste: too milky, tastes quite artificial and is way too sweet for me. I tried many combinations (as mentioned above) but I managed to take only few sips.
I'm quite disappointed. I honestly expected them to taste much better because many people I know swear by them.

would never buy this..

The most disgusting Protein drink I have ever tasted.
The vanilla tastes like rotten milk. The smell is enough to make one gag. My daughter even tried it as she uses a protein powder and a no name brand powder tastes and smells better than this.
Hopefully the chocolate is better!

A good source of protein but horrible chemical taste

I was selected to try these protein shakes as part of the Chick Advisor panel and was looking forward to it. I use products like this at work ( I have a very physical job) for the protein boost I sometimes need in the afternoons or if I can't take a break. Unfortuntely, I didn't realize they were made with Aspartame or I never would have signed up to try them. I do prefer products that are lower in sugar because I have type 1 diabetes but I would rather have a few grams of sugar instead of any Aspartame. I hate the taste and aftertaste, as well as the incredible oversweetness of it and these shakes definitely have all those factors. I tried one of each flavour but ended up giving the other 2 away.
