They were not bad plain on their own but they dont taste as good with cheese on them as the white crackers do. They are salty but I find the white can be overly salty too. They whole wheat tastes ok with a unsalted homemade soup. Not good if it is used with a spend.

I was pleased that Premium Plus had a wholewheat variety but when I was very disappointed at how salty it is because of the salted tops. For some reason many wholewheat products tend to be higher in salt; the usual explanation is that it's for taste". However, the salt content could still be lowered without sacrificing flavor. And in this particular case, the extra salt on top is unnecessary. The PC crackers taste better.

I'll be using my box more as coating for chicken or something and just remember to use less/no salt in the recipe.
