I love using this prenatal

For a few months before conceiving, I started taking prenatal from NFH to get the folic acid, but also to take as a multivitamin. It was highly recommended by my naturopath and I had seen it everywhere on social media. There are so many vitamins included like Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin A, B,C, D... and much more. As a multivitamin, I rarely got sick which is great because I work in a school.
The only downfall of this prenatal is that it has to be taken 3x a day, which sometimes I forget or pregnant, I could imagine how terrible it would be with the nausea.
If you're looking for a prenatal that is clean and has a pure form of folic acid, this is the one for you.
