Super trendy ingredient at a decent price

PC Black Label is a brand I love and I was thrilled to see they had added black garlic to their line of high-end spices. As far as I know, this is the only black garlic available where I live and thankfully it's an excellent quality with a fantastic taste. Black garlic is like roasted garlic that has sent double the time in the oven - it's sticky, sweet and fragrant. We use it in risotto, mushroom pate and anything else that goes well with the balsamic and garlic flavours. If you like to cook and enjoy trying something new, this is a must have.
