One of our favourite truffle oils

My partner and I got into flavoured oils a few years back and white truffle is definitely our favourite. PC Black Label oil has a distinct, true truffle taste but isn't too earthy. We've tried a few that have a horrible chemical taste or the aftertaste from cheap oil; this one tastes like actual truffles and quality olive oil. We use it in risotto and scalloped potatoes, as well as just using it to dip warm bread.
