This mix is very easy to use and makes light and fluffy and tasty pancakes and waffles!
I like to add a little bit more liquid to the mix when I make pancakes so they don't end up really thick or heavy and I use the original recipe on the box to make my waffles! It's also super easy to add fruits, jams or chocolate chips to the mix. I personally like to add blueberries or grated apples and cinnamon to my pancakes!
