Nice flavour

This is great to have on hand for a quick meal. It takes no time to cook up, probably because of the thin crust. It has a nice flavour with the mozzarella cheese, camalized onions, roasted chicken, goat's milk cheese and bacon.

This flatbread "pizza" is topped with mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions, roasted chicken, goat cheese, bacon and herbs and it tastes like heaven!!! You get the sweetness of the onions and the more robust taste of goat cheese that creates the perfect balance! so good!
I made it on the BBQ, it only took about 7-8 minutes to cook on medium-low heat.
