Great value, mixes easily

This powder is almost flavourless and mixes really well, which isn't the case for all supplement powders. I rated the effectiveness at 5 also, but please note I would have preferred to do n/a since I had to stop using it. It turns out because kidney problems run in my family that I shouldn't use creatine. I used it for a couple of months and my muscle growth has been good, though, so I didn't see it as fair to rate it lower.

Anyway -- this tub lasts for ages. My husband has been using it even after I stopped and given how fast we go through protein powder I am impressed at the value for this product.

If you want to supplement your weight/resistance training then this is a great buy!

I purchased President's Choice brand Creatine when I ran out of my other Creatine from another brand and saw that Superstore carried it at an incredible price of $8-9 for a tub which has approx. 120 servings. Creatine is one of the best dietary supplements that you can take for fitness and muscle building. It has the most reviews of any other supplement. I have been using this brand now for 6 months and still have lots of Creatine left.
