This so delicious and each bar contain about 180 (a little bit below average) calories! At first, I was surprised since it tasted much sweeter and caramel. It's a great snack for school, post-workout, etc.

These make a great snack for school or just for on the go,chocolate ,caramel and oats mixed together to form a really great snack and the best part is they are peanut free so anyone with peanut allergies have no worries ,they are quite tasty too. I try and sneak one now and then.I would recommend them to everyone
