Truely a calming tea

I have insomnia and have a hard time getting to sleep. Been drinking this calming tea for the past 5 nights and have fallen asleep easily and slept for 4 hours straight. Love the spearmint aroma and smooth taste.

So weak

The tea tasted fine. Nothing special, but good. But it took a really long time to steep to get any taste, and there would be no way that it could be steeped again. Maybe I expect too much from a tea bag, but typically they can handle more than 3/4 c of water.

So soothing before bed

As someone who is an avid tea drinker, took a course on tea, buys high quality (expensive) teas, I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I like the floral and chamomile scent, I like the effect this tea produces before going to bed. It truly is calming and lovely. I suffer from insomnia, and I was surprised that this tea actually relaxes me enough to help me fall asleep. I went and bought 2 more boxes of this tea after trying it out for a few nights. I purchased this tea for less than $2...you really can't go wrong. I recommend this tea to anyone.

This is a very tasty tea from President's Choice. It is a wonderful evening and night time tea because it does not have caffeine and can help you relax. I love to drink it before bed to help put me to sleep. Very light tasting, but still good.
