Best Packaged Naan

I love PC Naan, I could eat that stuff all day. When they came out with their mini naan buns I new I had to give them a try. I used them as bun replacements for chicken burgers and they were devine. As they are best served warm, I sprinkled them with a splash of water and grilled both sides while the cheese was melting on the burgers. They held up great, didn't fall apart or get soggy. Looking forward to using these throughout the summer!

I buy these when they're on sale at Superstore and then freeze them down. Super convenient to have on hand! I often have one of these if I'm making curry :)

These mini naans are great! They are good for packing in a lunch. Soft, light, airy dough.
