I like the strong taste of fresh baby Arugula leaves. Makes a tasty and nutritious salad base. The leaves are always fresh and the amount is quite substantial. I just need to add my favourite fresh veggies and salad dressing or vinaigrette for a filling salad. If I want to make it a meal I add some roasted chicken with dry chow mein noodles and a mouth watering peanut sauce.
