This eyeliner is creamy and pigmented and it literally glides on my lids. The colour is dark and stands out. When I saw how creamy these eyeliners were and how easily they glided on I was like great, they're going to smudge everywhere. This eyeliner, when you apply it will NOT SMUDGE. After a minute or so it seems as though it's tattooed to your skin. It lasts all day and doesn't fade or smear. While the packaging isn't great, I don't mind too much as the eyeliner, itself, is great.

I must say this is one of the best drug store buys. I have this in black/brown and it does take a few tries before you apply it correctly, but once you get the hang of it, what a treat. It applies almost matte, and very smooth. I will definitly repurchase.
