Nope.

This mask was pretty disappointing. The mask is made out of some stiff material and didn't fit my face nor my boyfriend's. He had to snip it a bit at the mouth for it to sort of fit. I've had this before, but they changed the mask material and made it more difficult to conform to my face. It seems like this mask would be perfect for anyone with a smaller face. The ears were a cute idea, but there's no real purpose, the mask lacked material everywhere else. The ears just annoyed me further because it stuck to my hair so I had to fold them down.
