It has a lightly sour taste, however it is very creamy and rich. This is healthy replacement for hubby old mayo.
I used it to make him low-calorie potato salad is rich in nutrients - healthy fats and fibers. A simple concept of dicing and boiling potatoes and while those cool off you add some perfectly ripe avocados, sweet corn and crunchy apple. And it goes perfectly with a bunch of fragrant coriander, red onion and garlic. Season with sea salt, black pepper, brown mustard, maple syrup and mix in the Mayo.

I love this mayo! It's creamy and just the tiniest bit sour to make the perfect addition to tuna or chickpea spreads. I'm a huge fan of Primal Kitchen and they did it again with this avocado oil mayo.
