Great product, awful service and very expensive

Proactive is great for clearing your skin, it’s non irritating and clears up your skin very quickly. This being said it is so expensive and they renew your subscription without an email or any notification which I think is unprofessional and “sneaky”. Anyway, if you’re okay with the very steep price tag then I would recommend!

Not my fave

Alright, we have all seen the commercials over the years for Pro active. And you think...well if it's this popular then I should use it. Well it was a waste of my money. I got a return. What happened is I used the product like instructed and as I was using the moisturizer my skin burned. Turns out it was the scrub that caused the issue. I had a rash and my entire face was so red and sore i thought i would have to go see a doc for cream. So I washed it off immediately, I took it back and showed them my face and got a refund. I have never looked back. For over a month I had issues with my skin that I had to seek medical attention for cortisol cream or however it is spelt. Needless to say this was a horrible experience and a bad product for my personal skin. This may work for others but it does not work for me.

I would buy the product again

It’s a great product if you use it everyday loyally. If you miss a few days it will cause breakouts. But it’s the only thing that has fixed my years of cystic acne. I don’t like the price for the amount of product though.

Would not recommend

I will never try this product again. I have had acne issues until becoming an adult and I believe it's all the meds I'm on. In saying that I think this is the biggest scam going. It actually breaks my face out more and leaves it feeling irritated. Save your money

Works great

Works very good on different skin types. Mine is dry and my daughters ks more oily and it has done an excellent job on both. It keeps our faces clear and healthy. I will definitely continue buying it.

Proactive?! More like noactive!!!!

I ordered this product thinking it was affective. Just to wate my money on a promising product to clear acne just tp be dissapointed as well as a very uncomforting experience i would wash my face and the product just put my face in flames! And then after the last step had my face dryer then the sand in the mojave desert sheesh! Two thumbs down for me.

Haven’t found an equal contender yet

As someone who suffers from acne and has for most of my life I have loved the results proactive has given me. Over tried more products than I can name but proactive still comes out on top every time.

New but not better

I had been using the old system for about 6 years before it stopped working for me. I tried the new system to see if it would be better or more effective but I honestly prefer the old system. I found the cleanser too abrasive and my skin broke out. I have sensitive skin.

Scam scam scam

This product is such a scam! I have used it myself and know many others who have used it and all it did was cause more acne and more problems. I strongly believe they push this product on young teens who do not know better. The price is insane for the little amount you get and it does nothing but make your face more red and irritated.

Great but...

I have been a Proactiv fan since adolescence, having issues with blemishes and acne since elementary school. I am using the product on and off now through the last 12 years or so during adulthood, as my skin can no longer handle it daily... nor my wallet. I have always found my way back as needed experimenting with the various additions to the 3 step kit offered by Proactiv, with some favourites including the mask/spot treatment and the mark correcting pads.
