The only thing in this kit that actually helped my skin was the mask, I used it as a spot treatment and it really helped. Everything else was a waste of time for my skin.

I don't want to rate this too poorly, because even though I don't like it I still think it could work for others.
I used Proactiv for the past year, because I've been getting way more breakouts than usual. At first, it seemed to clear my skin up, but at the same time it felt really harsh. My skin looked red and irritated, and I started getting dry patches in areas like my nose, eyebrows and chin. I thought maybe I needed to only use it once a day, or once every other day, so I tried that, and it felt a bit better on my skin but didn't help as much with blemishes!
Once summer came around it seemed like the Proactiv products didn't feel so irritating, and I started using it twice every day again, even though it wasn't really giving me clearer skin. But now that the seasons are changing back to cooler weather, my skin is starting to feel so dry every time I use this stuff. SO I've finally decided to stop using it all together - after a year of results that just aren't very good, I think I've given these products a fair trial and they definitely aren't for me.
One thing that I know Proactiv needs to work on is their call centres and customer service. I've had such a hard time trying to get ahold of customer service to access my online account (which they told me is sketchy, and to just keep trying and eventually it MIGHT work), as well as trying to cancel my subscription (I was on the phone with 2 different reps, who said they were working on cancelling my orders, when I was put on hold again and then told to leave my name and number and they would call me back within 24 hours, which they haven't!). It definitely isn't the best service around.
Overall, I suggest trying Proactiv if you are having a hard time finding something for your skin, but I would probably just buy it from a kiosk instead of ordering it.

I got the Proactiv kit about a year ago and it works well. It is expensive and it takes about 3 weeks for it start working,but in the end when I have clear skin its worth it. I would recommend Proactiv to anyone with severe acne like me and also just for daily cleansing.I like this product a lot. It you have any other girl questions ask me by email at [email protected].

Works wonders for some but not for me! I get occasional acne and wanted to try this sooooo bad. Dried the crap outta my skin, stung and the smell was bad. Would not re-order, and had to cancel my order immediatly or they just keep sending it to you and charging you for it.

This product has saved my skin! there are so many acne fighting products out there that dont work. This one works great1 I reccommend it to everyone!

This is a grest life saving product i get very bad acne all over my body but proactive has changed that my acne has reduced but 80 % i cant live with out this i be lost if i didn't have it

I love Proactiv.

I find that it leaves my skin feeling fresh, clean and moisturized. The 3 step program is a little much, but it definitely works. After you get used to the procedure time, it becomes more routine. I started using Proactiv after I started dealing with "Adult Acne", and it seemed to start working right away. I no longer suffer with breakouts, and my acne scars are become more faded. I'm also a huge fan of the low price! & I love how they offer "automatic" shipping. I don't need to order this constantly, as it just arrives at my door.

I'd recommend Proactiv to anyone suffering with acne.
