I have struggled with acne for years and felt like I've tried everything on the shelves including this so called miracle treatment. For the $150 I was paying for it I followed the routine and instructions exactly to be sure I was using it effectively. All I got in return was worse acne, blotchy, painful, red irritated skin that was dried out. If you have sensitive or dry skin I advise not to use this product. It took me a few months to get back to normal again

In my opinion its a waste of money. It really dried out my skin, and did not do much for the bit of acne I had, plus I followed the instructions to a T. My skin was always red and blotchy after use, the only thing I did like was the free cleansing brush they included for free. I still use the brush a few times a week, but with Nivea.

I've had acne for a long time and am now suffering with adult acne. Unfortunately, proactive was not the solution for me and I am still working on it. I found the kit very harsh and it actually burnt my skin. I was told that my face will get worse before it got better, but after about 2 months of suffering with burnt skin and dryness, I put away the Proactiv. I wouldn't recommend this product of use it on my teenagers. I would try a natural route before going for this product.

I honestly dont understand the whole hype about this product. It's been advertised way too much for it to not work. The products are extremely drying on the skin and did nothing for my acne, if anything, it inceased oil production and caused more acne
Truly horrible.

I used this many years ago when I was a teenager and it sort of controlled the pimples but my skin grew immune to it and it stopped working. Would not recommend as there are better options out on the market.

I tried to give Proactiv a decent amount of time to work, but it didn't. My skin just got dry and flaky, but there was no decrease in the amount of acne I had.

I tried a 30 day sample kit. It did absolutely nothing for me. It made me sad as I know it works wonders on other people. It made my skin very dry and flaky. I had to stop using it after a week

I tried Proactiv a few years back and it was horrible for me. This may be due to the fact that I have sensitive skin, but almost everything burned my face (the toner, the mask, the treatment cream). I felt really bad that this cost so much and did not even do much in terms of clearing my skin. I have to say I would definitely never recommend Proactiv to anyone. I heard it has worked wonders on other people, which is why I tried it, but it did nothing for me.

This stuff does nothing for acne which is ridiculous considering the price that it is.

Proactiv Solution Kit - I wanted to love it very badly. However, this stuff dried out my skin and made my skin tight and flaky. This stuff made me break out further sadly. :( I won't be repurchasing this stuff or recommend it.
