great for when you're mixing drinks at home, only gets the juice in the drink rather then the seeds and some pulp when you just squeeze it with your hands, also works great while cooking

Je presse des agrumes pratiquement a tout les jours et quand je l'ai recu en cadeau j'étais septique. J'ai été agréablement surprise du résultat. Le jus est presque entierement retiré sans qu'il soit trop difficile de faire pression en redescendant le levier. Tres pratique et facile a laver.

When I first received this as a gift I thought it was just another kitchen gadget that I'd throw at the back of a drawer and never use, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Until I tried this, I never realized how much lemon and lime I waste by hand squeezing! I use a lot of citrus in my cooking and I don't know how I managed before! I especially love this for limes where here in Canada they are often hard/not fully ripe. This gets every ounce of juice from the fruit! This has become a kitchen staple in my home!
