I put this super green goodness into unsweetened almond milk to make a vegan double berries pancake stacks. The pancakes are soft on the inside loaded with blueberries and raspberries. I just simply topped it with chunky almonds, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and served with warm pure maple syrup. You’ve got a family healthy breakfast or brunch that everyone will go Vege Greens over!
Ingredients
* 9 ml Vege Greens
* 5 ml ceremonial matcha powder
* 315 ml unsweetened almond milk
* 5 ml organic apple cider vinegar
* 110 g Wholewheat flour
* 100 g unbleached all purpose flour
* 3 tbsp (16 g) white granulated sugar (upon further testing, you can leave thisll
* 5 g baking powder~no aluminium
* 6 g baking soda
* 1 pinch salt
* 5 ml avocado oil
* 50g blueberry and raspberries
