Wow! This is the first Protein Powder that I actually like. It is new on the market. I chose the vanilla flavour, but it comes in chocolate or vegetarian flavours too. I tried making this smoothie with water, not so good. Much better with milk. I find this whey powder mixes quite well, not clumpy like other brands. This whey protein powder has a whole lot of vitamins and minerals. I don't get a lot of protein in my diet, so this product takes care of that. Another bonus, I don't need to take other vitamins pills. I found it helps my blood sugar levels and increased my energy levels. Take this smoothie only once per day. To me, it is pricey but worth it. The cost for 840 grams is around $63. I bought it at a health food store. I would highly recommend this product.
