I received this in my stocking from my mom last Christmas, it actually worked and I was quite surprised how well it did. You use this mouthwash type solution and than you apply a layer of this other product on your teeth and than hold the light in front of your mouth for a few minutes. The light turns off automatically when your down. I would defiantly purchase this again when I run out.
