Not Overly Impressed

I am a 52 year old woman who has noticed many changes in my body these past few years. Most concerning for me is the thinning hair. I also have brittle nails, high cholesterol and restless sleep. I have not yet experienced hot flashes. I did not find this did anything to change any of these things. For that reason I would not be able to recommend this product.

Promensil is helpful

Upon the completion of my free 30 day trial of Promensil, I noticed better sleeps. My body temps stayed regulated which allowed me to get longer sleeping sessions. Previous to my sample experiment, I was ill with a sickness in which I had lost about fifty percent of my hair. The rest was brittle, dry, broken. Now there is regrowth that is soft and shiny. Both of these things in themselves improve my mood. Highly recommend.

Didn't help

I tried the product, with high hopes, but unfortunately I had no change to any of my symptoms. I hear it works well for some people, so I feel it is at least worth a try.

Didn't do much for my symptoms

I was sent the product to help out with perimenopause symptoms. I took it for the alloted # of days, finished the bottle off. By the end I only noticed one thing that may have improved. My hair fall - losing hair - amount seemed to have lessened. Otherwise, I still had sleep issues and no change to energy. I don't have brain fog so can't advise on that. So, my thoughts are not worth it if only have a few symptoms. Maybe try it if you have a lot of symptoms to see if it'll help improve them as it's easy to take & has no taste.

Expensive & Taste

It tasted horrible, hard to swallow. When I looked into the price it seemed very expensive. I did not notice any difference in using it for the month, I was excited to try it but was disappointed. Hoping it works better for others.

Regulates my perios

This has help me regulate my monthly period. I have endometriosis and my monthly period is extremely heavy flow and painful. When I took Promensil, it regulated my period and less pain

Didnt work for me

I tried this for 30 days. I honestly didnt feel anything like maybe i was given a placebo. So i cant recommend this as it didnt work for me. Maybe it will work for others.

Helped restore my sleep and regulate moods

Blood tests have confirmed I'm in peri-menopause, although the symptoms have been around for a long time. I have really struggled with not being to sleep through the night due to night sweats, a racing mind, and general discomfort. The lack of sleep has really affected my moods, which are already up and down due to hormones. I tried Promensil for 30 days and noticed a very significant difference. I was able to fall asleep easier but most importantly, remain asleep. My racing thoughts, anxiety and mood swings have been drastically reduced.
I'm really glad they have created something like this; no one really talks about peri-menopause and its effects on women ahead of menopause. If you are in your late 30s or early to mid 40s, I'd recommend taking this at the first signs of mood swings, sleep issues or unexplained anxiety.

Didn't seem to do anything

I tried it for the whole month and didn't notice any kind of difference while taking it. Maybe it will work for others? I am perimenopausal so there should have been some benefit.
