It work well it help with my night sweats didn’t noticed much of a chain regarding weight. fairly priced perhaps if I had a longer than a month I probably see some significant changes didn’t have any side effects, which was great

Perimenopause Vitamin

I've been in the stages of perimenopause for awhile constantly having hot flashes stressed, not sleeping well due to always having hot flashes. I didnt know what to do didn't know there was a vitamin for this started taking this vitamin and it's truely amazing starting using it wasn't having my bad night flashes was able to sleep well. All things in this vitamin that says it helps truely did help alot. I will be buying this product for sure. Not for me

I’ve been using this pre-menopausal medication for a few weeks now, and unfortunately, I don’t feel like it’s been effective for me. I was hoping for some relief from the common symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep disruptions, but I haven't noticed any significant improvement. The hot flashes are still there, and I’m still struggling with energy levels and sleep issues. I had high hopes for this product, but it just hasn’t delivered the results I was expecting. Everyone’s body is different, so it may work for others, but for me, it’s been disappointing.

Not long enough trial

I took these everyday until they were gone. I didn't really noticed that they made any changes or helped with any relief of symptoms. Now either or not that was long enough to get a true feel maybe it is for some. I may be willing to try longer or buy more in the future!

Promensil Permenopause Supplement

I have been going through some personal difficulties for the past few months and really noticed that I've not been feeling like myself. Nothing was helping, so I was very interested in the opportunity to try Promensil Perimenopause Supplement for one month. I'm not sure if it is perimenopause for me, but after taking this supplement, I noticed that I felt somewhat more relaxed and less anxious. It’s okay

Its effectiveness is mediocre or probably because I don’t have half the symptoms at the moment. For the symptoms I am experiencing it is not really helping in reducing them.

A Miracle for my Symptoms

I uad a complete hysterectomy just over 2 years ago, getting thrown into early menopause. It's been a nightmare! Nothing was helping my symptoms. Game changer

I was very happy to get a chance to try Promensil Perimenopause and it arrived at the perfect time. Sleep aid

I'm not quite sure if it works or not.
I thought maybe after a few nights I would have a good sleep. But it was the same.
Maybe because my mind is always thinking. I'm not sure.
