I have been using Promensil Perimenopause for a month now, I found relief of both overheating and brain fog. This product was gifted to me in exchange for my honest opinion. Helpful Premenopause Supplement

I found this supplement of Promensil Perimenopause helpful controlling what could be early onset premenopause; none of us want to admit we have issues with menopause or are close to going through it. It helped me control hot flashes, and my anxiety allowing me to get to sleep a bit faster than normal. Would reccomend if you think you're at the stage in life where you might be premenopausal but dont want to admit it.

Ease into Perimenopause

I tried Promensil Perimenopause for a month. It is difficult to gage results after such a short period of time, but I am liking the product and would like to see what the longer term results are. I found my sleep improved (slept through the night more frequently annd felt more rested in the morning) and my most recent period was better than my previous one (lighter and less cramping). I don’t know if this is due to the Promensil or just a coincidence. I plan to purchase and try it for another month.

Saw some improvement

I took these daily for a month. It’s hard to tell if it helped with moods as I’m not generally moody. I can say I didn’t get moody during that month. I didn’t get any hot flashes and I might get the odd one. I did notice my nails looked healthier and were not breaking as often as usual.

Pretty in Pink with Potential

Tried this for one month but I feel a ninety day supply would perhaps yield a better feel for whether the product does actually relieve symptoms for the long haul. I feel my mood is a bit better and feeling a little more relaxed at bed time but I haven’t seen a big enough difference at this time in better sleep or reduced night sweats fl say wether it really works enough to buy it. Finally! Much needed relief from PreMenopause

First of all, thank you to Butterfly for the opportunity to review this product. Finally, much needed relief from Pre-Menopause Symptoms. Like so many women out there, I suffered from symptoms such as hot flashes that made trying to sleep at night impossible, even with a fan blowing on me and the window open, even in winter. Not to mention other symptoms such as muscle pain, fatigue, headaches and overwhelming anxiety. Although this product did not help with the anxiety, I did find some relief with my hot flashes, headaches and muscle aches. Much gratitude to the developers of this product to assist women with this confusing and not research enough part of their normal lives.
