Feeling like a new woman

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this supplement but I feel like it made a difference with my hot flashes and mood swings for sure!! Even my husband noticed a difference in me.

I had high hopes for Promensil as a natural supplement for managing menopause symptoms. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for me. I started experiencing rather unpleasant side effects (acne, headaches, nausea, stomach pain, and uncomfortable bloating) shortly after I started taking it. This made it difficult to continue taking the product, and I ultimately stopped after 9-10 days.

While I appreciate that Promensil is marketed as a natural option for managing menopause symptoms, and I heard from others that it can work wonders, the side effects were a deal-breaker for me. I didn't see much improvement in my symptoms either, but it could be because it was a rather short trial for me.

Every person reacts differently to supplements, but given my experience, I’d recommend proceeding with caution and consulting a healthcare professional before trying this product.

Would like to continue using for a few months

I received this product for free. Here is my honest opinion. I was initially concerned that they would be very big pills and hard to swallow. However, these pills are not very big and super easy to swallow. I did not have any side effects. I have been taking them for one month and, interested to see what changes occur over the next few months. I did notice that my hair isn’t falling out as easily after I brush it. I also noticed that my skin doesn’t feel as dry and itchy. I have not noticed any difference with my fingernails. Although I still struggle with insomnia, it is slowly improving. I have not noticed a difference with night sweats or anxiety. I would probably purchase this in hopes that I would see further improvements after taking it for a longer period of time.

Promensil for perimenopause

I have taken it for a little while now. I've noticed it has a few vitamins that I was already taking... the good thing is now it 1 pill instead of 3. I would recommend!

Really helps with night sweats.

I really found this helped with night sweats and being to hit at night. I have had to use a fan less at night. Also I have noticed that I haven’t been as anxious or feel down as much.

A great way to manage perimenopause/Menopause symp

Since my 40s I have noticed symptoms including mood swings, restless sleep, lower sex drive and the occasional hot flashes. I have never had cold feet in my life and was surprised to see that can be a perimenopause/Menopause symptoms.

I love that people are now are more informed and open on this subject and that we have natural products on the market to address this situation.

I have been taking one of these easy to swallow capsules daily and notice it has helped reduce these symptoms. I have been less moody which could be thanks to the better quality sleep I have had since taking these supplements and I notice I have had little to no hot flashes.

Works great

I got this product to review and I must say my hot flashes have lessened or haven't had any. Also I've had better sleep. Which has been very crappy prior to using this product. Definitely will purchase in the future

Like the results after 1 month

I've been taking this supplement for one month now. I love that there is vitamin d in there as I'm deficient and supplement for that. My biggest takeaway is my sleep feels really restful. I am having very vivid dreams and I'm not sure if that is the supplement, or that I'm getting deeper, restful sleep.
I'm going to continue taking because I'm curious to see if it helps my skin and nails and periodic hot flashes I might get.

Be patient

I have been taking it for a few weeks now. You have to be patient. Didn’t work right away for me. I haven't experience hot flash relief as of yet, l've started sleeping through the night after a few week being on it. I'm slowly feeling my multiple hot flashes in the evening or waking up multiple times are not as much as before. I take it right before bed. It has been a game changer for me. .
