May work for others but not for me

It did not seem to work on me as it gave me hot flashes after i started it. I am not sure if it was the reaction to this or something else in my health. However, it, unfortunately, did not work for me. i was so excited to use it but i believe it may work for someone else even if not me.

Could it help

It seems to help with what it claims to help with, which was my nervousness, a sleep aid. As for the other symptoms it claims to help with I really have not seen a difference in any of it.

When I first took the tablet I could taste all the ingredients and it really almost made me gag. As I took it a few more times, I was unable to taste the ingredients or had that reflex while taking it again. Not sure if that initial time I was senses were so heightened or if I was very sensitive that day.

I would probably take this again if I felt my symptoms where more bothersome than what I have been experiencing.

Helped some

I finished the bottle of Promensil Perimenopause sent to me from Butterly as a free product for my review. After a couple of weeks I did notice I was getting less disruptions from hot flashes, especially while sleeping. It's been nice with the comfortable nights sleep and that has helped keep me in a better mood at work.

Excellent supplement for Perimenopause

Thanks to @thisisbutterly and @promensil for the opportunity to try perimenopause Promensil. This easy to swallow supplement is excellent in helping with hot flashes and night sweats. I didn't notice any side effects but found lots of benefits. Promensil also helps with irritability, moodiness and restless sleep. I took one tablet each night before bed.

Skin looks younger

I was skeptical trying this product but in the month taking it I haven’t had a hot flash episode and I didn’t expect this but my skin looks like has more elasticity and younger . Will definatly be buying another months supply .

Helps with symptoms

I feels this products helped with the symptoms of menopause. Did they stop? No, but they seemed to be more bearable than prior trying Promensil. I will purchase another bottle and see if I can make it another month.

Relief

I received this product as a sample to try for 1 month. I took one tab each evening. I started noticing changes about 2/3's the way through.
Today I feel much better with not experiencing, almost no, hot flashes, rapid heart rate etc.
I welcome this because I was experiencing some very severe hot flashes and was finding it very difficult to cope.
I am off to Walmart to find a replacement bottle in order to continue feeling better.

Product was very helpful for a good night sleep without night sweats & let me sleep a whole night through which is very rare without this product. I like the fact that it is all natural. I would definitely use this product on a regular basis
