I received this product from Butterly in exchange for my hints review. I’m getting older and started having some perimenopausal symptoms. Night sweats, trouble sleeping, feeling nervous and stressed out. I started taking this one a day supplement about a month ago. I’m happy to say I have seen some changes. My hair and nails are looking healthier, I don’t seem to be as hot while sleeping and I’m feeling much less nervous. I’ll continue taking this supplement.

Promensil Review

I was asked to try Promensil ,review and submission my honest opinion. Upon completing the entire bottle, I observed a notable increase in energy levels, which is probably due to better night rest. These pills are pretty easy to swallow and had no bad taste or aftertaste. Although other changes were less pronounced, I may just not have noticed because I really don't have a lot of premenopausal symptoms at this time. The brainfog does seem less now that I think about it.

Great pills hormonal relieve for PMs

Promensil is great to control PMS Symptoms as well as hormonal changes in perimenpause. I took one tablet a day and I saw difference in mood changes , body aches which usually are caused by hormonal changes. I didn’t noticed any changes in my sleeping habits but these supplements didn’t make it worst either . Definitely recommend these supplements, these are great alternatives to the many menopause products on the Market. Great product

j ai fait l essai de promensil pendant 30 jours pour ce qui est des bouffées de chaleur la nuit j ai vraiment vu une grande différence pour ce qui est des autres benefices comme la santé des os ,peau et ongles je crois qu il faut en prendre plus longtemps pour voir une différence. sur l emballage ça dit un comprimée par jour j aurai aime avoir une idée si il avait une période de la journée qui était meilleur pour le prendre dans mon cas je l ai pris en après midi et ça me convenait je ressentais pas de fatigue après l avoir pris. j ai bien aime le produit pour avoir eu des meilleurs nuit avec beaucoup moins de sueurs nocturnes qui me réveillait.
