Didn’t work for me

I had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately it was not effective for my perimenopausal symptoms and actually seemed to make my night waking worse.

A Good Start

While my experience hasn't been dramatic, I do feel this supplement offers subtle benefits that make it worth considering. After a month of consistent use, I noticed a slight improvement in my mood and sleep. The passionflower seems to help ease the edge of nervousness, and while my sleep isn't perfect, I wake up feeling more rested than before. The red clover claims to reduce hot flashes and night sweats, but I can't say I've seen a major change yet. That said, I feel optimistic that continued use might show more significant results over time. What stands out about Promensil is its natural and hormone-free approach. Knowing that the product is plant-based and gentle on the body gives me peace of mind, especially as I weigh the risks of other menopause treatments like HRT. The added biotin and vitamin D are thoughtful touches, supporting hair, nails, and bone health which are areas that are easy to overlook. Promensil Perimenopause

I didn't experience any benefits.

I am 54 years old. I am unsure what symptoms of menopause I am currently experiencing, or whether some days I just don't feel well. Perhaps I have experienced hot flashes/night sweats, or maybe I was just hot. I have always been nervous and suffer from worry; this isn't new. And I don't sleep well (for many reasons). I have been taking one tablet for 30 days. I cannot honestly say it has done anything for me. I do not feel any different. Maybe it helped support healthy cholesterol levels - I can't tell. Same with my hair and nails - i can't really see a difference. There must be some good that have come from taking Promensil, but I cannot tell you that I noticed a difference in how I feel.

Promensil

I started taking Promensil around a month ago, not for Hot flashes but did, as I don’t have hot flashes. I tried it more for lack of sleep and to help keep my hormones in balance. After a few weeks of taking Promensil around, of consistent use, I did notice my sleep improved. I was able to fall asleep faster, and stayed asleep longer, feeling alert and rested the next day. I also noticed , I felt more emotionally balanced. A sense if calm . I appreciate that Promensil is a natural supplement with red clover isoflavones. I can’t speak about the effectiveness of hot flashes . It has been a great choice for sleep disturbances and balancing hormones. Thank you #thisisbutterly for gifting this product for me to try.

An amazing product

I notice in a week that I was sleeping better. The bloat was gone from my stomach. I could see that my clothes were fitting do much better. I even found that my sk8n felt smoother

Improved sleep wuality

I can report that my sleep has improved while taking this, I am Leary because of the warnings in the package, but am not sorry I tried the product. I am still warm in the night but have definitely enjoyed better nights.

Didn't work for me

I tried this product for 30 days my nightsweats, sleep issues and nervousness/agitation remained the same if not slightly worse. Maybe if I used it longer it would have helped over

Seems good

Seems good, but I need more time and product to see if it is helping me in a positive manner. Stopping the product to see if symptoms return, then trying again to see if there is relief.

Goodbye night sweats, hello sleep!

I received a bottle of this to try for free from Butterly and I was pleasantly surprised with how well it worked! After taking it for about a week, I noticed a significant drop in night sweats and a definite improvement in sleep. And had NO hit flashes during the day. It might not be a lifesaver for everyone, but I think this is certainly worth trying out.
