Great for night sweats

I received a free bottle of Promensil from Butterly.com to try for 1 month.
It’s for women that are in perimenopause, it reduces symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats and supports healthy cholesterol levels. The main ingredient is 40mg of Red Clover Isoflavones. You take one pill everyday with food.
Once I started taking it I noticed right away that my night sweats disappeared which was a blessing. I used to experience it a lot at night and during the day.

Great supplement

I was able to get this product and try it out. After a month, I feel ready to give my opinion. Starting "the change of life" was harder than I thought. Especially the sudden hit flashes and anxiety. This product helped me stabilize the unwanted symptoms and give me back more enjoyment of life. I absolutely will keep taking it and will recommend it to others I know.

Does help with night sweats

I took this product every day for a month. I did notice an improvement in my sleep quality, less night sweats, and hair fallout slowed down. I will definitely revisit this product in the future. I’m only 42 so I suspect this will help once things start ramping up with perimenopause.

Not satisfied

I have tried this product for a month like it told me too and I have seen no changes besides I don’t get much hot flashes as I use too. Was not impressed at all. I would not recommend this product

As with any medication, time is needed.

To truly see effectiveness of this medication, more time is needed for my body. I do feel my nails seem a bit healthier. My sleep has been good but I do take other medication to help this. My body is somewhat resilient to new meds, so my results may have simply needed more time. Overall, this seems like a good medication but I’d rather see more results.

Ohhh Promensil

I had the opportunity to try Promensil for Perimenopause. I took it in the mornings for 1 month. I had some relief but feel that this product is needed for long term to notice relief.

Relief in a bottle

This helped relieve my night sweats, gave me a better sleep at night and I noticed my skin improved. I would continue to use this. Price point is a bit high but it works.

Helped me with sleep and night sweats.

I made sure to wait on reviewing this item until I had tried this product for a full month. I don't feel it's possible to see hair and nail growth this quickly so I cannot comment on the benefits this brings to those. I can share my sleep has fully changed. I used to be a night owl and I'm now sleeping 12am-7am, maybe waking up once. I can also note I was getting night sweats for a couple months there and that is gone now too. While I can't say with 100% certainty this was the cure, I do believe it helped me with these two things.

Wasn't for me

I was given a chance to try this product in exchange for my honest opinion. I found it had a weird taste that continued after taking that I really didn't like and I didn't really find it did anything for me or help with my peri menopause symptoms..
But overall it just wasn't for me
