Finally a supplement just for Perimenopause!

Just a little boost to make things easier. Takes the edge off of my perimenopausal symptoms. Great for self-care in this life stage. Less fatigue and more oomph.. It's not a magic cure, but it certainly helps!

Promensil - it didn't work for me

A simple pill to take daily, for a month before effects would show.

So I took it! It tastes terrible, like most pills, if you have it in your mouth too long, ha ha. But then that's your fault.

Other than that, it was easy and simple. Take one every day. Supposed to lessen or erase those peri-menopause symptoms.
I just have those hot flashes, a few times a day. Usually in the morning.
Unfortunately, even after a month of taking these supplements, I did not see any difference.
Perhaps I was not a good candidate, or perhaps my symptoms were not severe enough to see a difference!

I received this product to try in exchange for my honest review. I am a 48 yr old perimenopausal woman who was excited to try this product. I took it at the same time every day for 30 days. The pills were easy to swallow.Overall I am not sure how I felt when taking them as opposed to not taking them. Did I feel more grounded and calm, maybe, did I have fewer heat regulation issues, maybe. Once the month was over and I was finished taking this product, I did not see enough of a change to warrant taking them again.

Significantly Reduced Night Sweats

I found it helped significantly reduce night sweats and restlessness at night. The capsules were easy to swallow and found they really worked. It also helped to reduce anxiety as I wasn’t waking up in the middle of the night with hot flashes and was able to have a more uniform sleep.

This is a good product and is easy to take. Helps with emotions and mood. Would recommend giving it a try to see if good product for you. I liked not massive fillers

Very good, no after tastes. Didn't take long enough yet to tell any difference, but also didn't see any side effects so it's worth a try for sure. I like that I can take rhis everyday with no issues

My body loved this product!

My body felt a big difference with Promensil! My hair got shiner and my nails stronger! I could get a better sleep and feel calmer! Not irrited, like before, anymore!

So far, so good

I was given a bottle of Promensil Perimenopause for free to try. I am almost 50 years old and definitely starting the peri-menopause phase. I agreed to try this product because there are no hormones in it. I feel like it's hard to know if something like this is working right away, or not, but after taking it for 2 weeks, I accidentally missed a week. It was then that I knew it was making a difference. I couldn't figure out why my hair was looking great and cooperating so well, then all of a sudden was limp and not doing anything I wanted it to do. That was how I realized I had forgotten to take my Promensil Perimenopause for a week. Once I started taking it again, I am back to having way more "great hair days"! I also believe it has been helping my sleep. I was tossing and turning a ton, not able to regulate my body temperature during the night. I do find that with Promensil Perimenopause, I am getting a better, less disturbed sleep. Definitely worth continuing!

Not for me!

I recently tried Promensil, a supplement for perimenopause, and wanted to share my experience. While I was grateful for the opportunity to try it for free in exchange for my honest review, I did not notice a significant difference in my hot flashes or night sweats during the trial period. However, I appreciate the chance to evaluate it firsthand, and I hope others may find it more beneficial for their symptoms.
