In love with this roller.
Although a little skeptical at first, I decided to try this to prevent muscle soreness after cycling, since stretching did not seem to help much. To my surprise, it really works. After only a few minutes of use on the quads, hamstring and glute areas, the stiffness in my legs the next day after a ride is noticeably reduced. I've also used it after weight training in the gym and again it has worked well in alleviating muscle soreness after a hard workout. There's lots of information on how to use these devices on the web and I would recommend that you do some research on techniques for using a foam roller before putting it to use.
