I love psyllium. It's a natural soluble fiber, that helps with your intestinal health, provides bulk, cleanses up my intestines, soaks up toxins and carries them out especially when doing a cleanse, fills me up and healps regulate my overall digestion. Soluble fiber is also a great aid in weight loss, among mane ther conditions, I love it because it helps me feel full, and balances out my blood sugar levels by the slow digestion time, avoiding thos crazy sugar cravings, and I find it really really helps me "cleanse".
I use canadian companies (swiss or flora) available at my local health food stores, mix it in my yoghurt and sometimes drink it mixed in a glass of water with some cranberry juice. I would recommend it to bsolutely everyone!!! Research it to learn more about the many many benefits of psyllium and fiber in general.
