This product is marketed as a beer mixed with grapefruit and tangerine soda. I taste predominately grapefruit, no tangerine, and an aftertaste that reminds me there is beer hiding in there somewhere. Although I enjoy grapefruit juice i was surprised how much like juice this beverage is (definitely pricier than juice though), specially on how sour it is (similar to straight grapefruit juice). I thought that the tangerine would add a sweetness to it, which maybe it does it just needs more. I could see this being an alternative to a mimosa paired with fruit or some other breakfast type item at a spa. Nice pink colour too. For me however for a regular beer alternative I feel I am missing much of the beer. I do however like to support local companies and this one being from another province in Atlantic Canada is pretty close to fitting that bill.
