Lavender is great for making you feel relaxed and help you fall asleep. Irecommend ONLY to use this one at or near bedtime, lol. The scent is wonderful, it kind of picks you up in mood just to smell it, lol. A nice feminine touch, this shower gel is light and leaves your skin clean. If a lavender product is your kind of thing, this one might be what you're looking for. As with all my reviews on Yves Rocher products, you might discover some products that are discontinued. Read my post on "Comme une Evidence Perfumed Bath and Shower Gel". So, if you see a product from Yves Rocher, get it before it's gone. I do recommend this product.
