This product comes in a solid form like a thick chap stick. The product is a solid glide under your eyes type. It feels really nice when you apply it, kind of cooling. The product claims to reduce puffiness, moisturize and give a lifted look. I find it reduces puffiness and moisturizes but do not feel it lifts at all. It is a nice base for concealer.
