Decent bar

The flavour is a little off but definitely not the worst protein bar I’ve had. You can’t beat the bang for your buck. Definitely one of the more affordable bars

Sweet Strawberry and Cream Flavored Bar

These bars can be purchased at Walmart in a box of 6 for approximately $7. This is a cheaper protein bar option, compared to others on the market (Quest, OhYeah!). This bar is 190 calories. In terms of nutrients, it contains less fibre and protein compared to some other bars, but still has a good amount of protein (20g) as well as 10% of daily required calcium and 6% fibre. The bar is coated in a thin layer of Greek yogurt. The inside of the bar is made of a vanilla base with plenty of dried strawberry pieces throughout. Textually, it is chewy and dense, with the dried strawberry pieces adding a nice light bite and sweetness. When the bar is warmed in the microwave for a few seconds, the sweetness of the vanilla and dried strawberry pieces really come through. When heated, the berry taste is very pronounced and the bar as a whole tastes like you are eating strawberries with whipping cream. When the bar is unheated, the berry flavour and sweetness of the overall bar are toned down-- with the Greek yogurt coating also tasting blander. The taste of protein powder becomes noticeable.
