Bon au gout, pas trop épicé, intéressant mélange

Le riz est plutôt bon, avec un bon mélange de graines, ce qui le rend intéressant au goût. Cette sorte est pas trop épicée ce qui est parfait pour les enfants! Facile et rapide a préparer, donc tres pratique comme accompagnement au souper en semaine.
Seul bemol je dirait c'est un peu sec et le lendemain quand on a des restes, les graines ont tendence a durcir.

OMG!! The Purgrains Aztec Chipotle side dish is amazing! I tried it not really knowing what to expect, but was extremely pleasantly surprised how healthy, flavourful and easy to make this is. The Aztec Chipotle has the right amount of "kick" to it, making it delicious, but not spicy. Do yourself a favour and get it!! I will definitely be trying out the other 2 flavours.

A quick fix to add a side dish to your meals

I am always looking for new ways to add a healthy side dish to our meals, so when I was selected to try the Purgrains Aztec Chipolte I thought this would be a great solution. First, the packaging is great! I love how modern and colorful it is, you can tell the brand out some serious thought into how they wanted to present to their clientele base. The product itself is super simple to prepare. There is little to no work to get this from the packaging and onto your plate. I found it to be flavorful, not overly spicy but enough to give it a little "heat", and overall had a great balance of flavors. Looking forward to trying other varieties of this product :)

Repas sur le pouce parfait!

J'ai adoré ce produit. Parfait pour emporter au travail lorsque je n'ai pas le temps de faire mon lunch, Les saveurs sont au rendez-vous et les valeurs nutritives sont très intéressantes. Je rachèterai certainement!

A salt lick, with a disconcerting smell - not worth it

Cute package. Convenient. Expensive. Smells awful. Tastes like salty cardboard. Would never buy again. I love quinoa and was excited to try it. So disappointed.

A great way to eat your grains!

I was excited to be selected to try this flavour of PurGrains as my family likes a little spice in our life! I had a bit of a hard time figuring out how to serve the dish - do I serve it like rice? Do I put it on top of something? Should I put something on top of it? Then I had the idea to make lettuce wraps with the Pur Grains! I had some Boston Lettuce leaves and I made up a dipping sauce with plain greek yogurt, a bit of mayo, salt/pepper and some dill weed I had in the fridge to add some colour. My family gobbled them up before I even had a chance to take a picture! I do want to point out that you really need to listen to the instructions on the bag for the amount of water to use. Even if you think you need a bit more water - don't! It will change the texture and feel of the dish. Overall a nice change from our normal rice side dishes that we use. Would I serve it again? Sure! Did my family enjoy? You bet!

I would buy this product over and over again. It was delicious and much better than the plain rice weve been eating lately. Even my picky daughter loved it.

Comforting, practical alternative

I had the pleasure to taste this Aztec Chipotle flavor of purgrains for free thanks to ChickAdvisor.
The product is just practical: just heat up and serve and quite interesting nutritional value that could even be used as a meal replacement.
The texture is good, very filling and taste is great except for the fact that it is too spicy (I served it to my 8-year-old and my 6-year-old and their mouth was on fire)

Quick & Fast Meal Side Dish

I was so happy to be selected to try this product for free. I have never heard of this product before and was super excited to try it out. First off this is perfect for quick side dishes. You can quickly heat it in the microwave within a few minutes and have a great healthy side dish. I got to try the Aztec Chipotle. The flavor was really good, not bland, and really satisfying. I love the mixtures of the different grains and quinoa with corn and beans. I would highly recommend this product for its great taste how convenient it is to make.

Purgrains Aztec Chipotle Flavour-nice texture

I like the overall texture but, didn't care for the cumin flavour and aroma. I found it to be strong. There was a spicy kick at the end that linger that I liked. It was not overwhelming or strong. There was a good combination of grains and beans. The quinoa was light and fluffy. Aside from the cumin flavour, I think it would make a good meal.
